This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Tag template #178 by me you can get this from my blog

Mask by Becky
Font of choice - I am using 2 Peas SackOPotatoes and Squire
Filters used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, VM Extravaganza - Transmission and Vanderlee - Unplugged X

Supplies

Lets get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except the tag template

Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Close off the watermark layer

Select the font tool-Squire-size 10-change the fill to #000000-type out the words 'A bit risky'
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Close this layer for now

Select the film strip background layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #ffffff-keep selected
Effects-plugins-vanderlee - Unplugged X - interlace - default settings



Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Arrange over the first selected area on the film strip-selections-invert-delete
Paste the tube again-arrange over the center selected area-delete
Repeat for the last selected area

Un X the words layer we did at the start-hit delete-selections-select none
Select the tube part layer in the first square on the filmstrip-duplicate this layer
On the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to Soft light-back onto the original tube part layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance(L)-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Repeat for the remaining 2 tube parts
Move the words layer above the tube layers-change the blend mode to Soft light

Select the film strip layer-drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.266 black

Open up the screws supplied-choose one-copy and paste these onto your tag
Resize-arrange on the filmstrip

Change foreground colour to #78195b and background to #000000
Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with the gradient
Selections-select none
Effects-plugins-VM Extravaganza - Transmission-use following settings



Effects-eye candy 4000 - gradient glow-use following settings





Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Close off the original circle layer

Select the font tool-Squire-size 10-change the fill to #78195b-type out the words 'A bit risky'
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Select rectangle1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000-selections-invert
Select the word layer we just did-hit delete-selections-select none
Make sure the word layer is above the black rectangle layer
On the black rectangle layer-adjust-add/remove noise-use following settings



Add above gradient glow settings to the rectangle
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Close off original rectangle 1 layer

Select the rectangle 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #78195b-selections-select none
Add above noise and gradient glow settings-repeat above drop shadow

Selecting the words layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with the same gradient we filled the circle with
Selections-select none-repeat above noise and gradient glow settings
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 4.00 black
Close off original words layer
Duplicate-see above tag for placement

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this to the left of your tag
Drop shadow as above

Open up the supplied mask
New blank canvas 500 x 500 flood fill this with #000000
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Becky_Mask038-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag-arrange to the right of your tag
Make sure this layer is just above your white background
Repeat what we just done but flood fill the blank canvas with #78195b
Arrange this to the left of your tag

Using a font of choice- I am using 2 Peas SackOPotatoes-add your name
Place where desired-repeat above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
