This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Rion Vernon
If you would like to use his artwork please visit CILM
Scrap kit by Amber 'Love for Denim and Khaki' - which you can purchase from
Tantrum Scraps
Template #17 by me which you can get from my blog
Here
Font of choice - I am using 'Alex Brush'

Lets begin

Open up my template-close off my credit info

Click on the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-open up paper 2 from Ambers kit
Resize by 80%-copy and paste onto the canvas-selections-invert-hit delete-select none
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black-close off the original circle layer

Select the large rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open up paper 2 from the kit-resize by 80%-copy and paste onto the canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-select none-repeat above drop shadow-be sure to close off original rectangle layer

Repeat the above for the small rectangle and the scalloped edge circle

Add 2 flowers of choice from the kit-arrange as above

Open up the ribbon bow from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange as above-erasing any excess-repeating above drop shadow

Now add your tube of choice to your tag-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Using a font of choice add your name-place at the bottom of your tag-above drop shadow

Crop and resize your tag if needed

Add proper copyright info then save as .png
