This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Wordart by Candy Treats
here
Font of choice - I am using Century Gothic
Sparkle tube of choice

Lets get started

Open up Rachels tag template-close off the watermark layer and the star layers

Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700

Change the foreground to #ffffff and background to #fa7ebe
Click on the foreground colour to bring up the material properties
Select the gradient tab use the following settings



Select the white frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with the gradient
Selections-select none-close off the original white frame layer
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise



Add drop shadow of 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Bring up the gradient tab again-use these settings



Select the frame 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with the gradient
Selections-select none-close off the original frame 1 layer
Add drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Select the black star cutout layer-using your magic wand
Click inside the star-selections-modify-expand by 4.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #ffffff-move this below the black star cutout layer
Add above noise settings

Back on the black star cutout layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00
Open up your close up of choice-copy and paste onto your tag-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the close up layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-select the original close up layer
Change the blend mode on that to luminance (L)

Select the pick rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with the above gradient
Close off the original pink rectangle layer

Copy and paste your tube of choice-resize if needed
Arrange this to the right of the template
I used the freehand tool to select parts of her hair and wings then added noise
It is up to you if you want to do that
Duplicate the tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Add drop shadow of choice to the original tube layer

Open up the wordart-cut out the Angelicious word art
Copy and paste this onto your tag
Selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill the A black but flood fill the rest of the word art with #fa7ebe
Close off the original wordart layer
Selections-select none-arrange over the close up
Add the above noise settings to the wordart all except the letter A
Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 2.00
New raster layer-flood fill with white-move this layer below the wordart
Selections-select none-add drop shadow to the white layer 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black
Duplicate them arrange as above

Open up your sparkle tube of choice-arrange this on some of the letters

Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic
Add your name to your tag-arrange as above

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
