This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Jamie kidd

Font of choice - I am using 'FFF Urban' and 'Century Gothic'
Filters used - Penta.com - Jeans and Color Dot, Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and MuRa's Meister - copies

Supplies
here

Let's get started

Open your supplies and minimize for now all except the tag template
Close off the watermark layer on the template-image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700

Select the square layer-select all-float-defloat
Open up the texture supplied-adjust-hue and saturation-colorize
Change the hue to 232 and the saturation to 231-click ok
Copy and paste the texture onto your canvas
Arrange over the select square-selections-invert-hit delete
Do not deselect just yet-selections-invert-new raster layer
Change the foreground colour to #45c8ff and the background colour to #f26fb3
Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Flood fill the selected square with the gradient-change the blend mode to screen

Open up a close up tube of choice-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange over the selected square-once happy with the placement
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none

Duplicate the close up tube-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to overlay-select the original close up tube layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L)

Select the texture layer-effects-objects-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use following settings





Add drop shadow to this layer 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select the 'Ask Me If I' layer-repeat the above gradient glow settings
You may need to move this layer up a little so it's not touching the square
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000
Selections-select none-close off the original circle layer
Set your background colour to #f26fb3
Preset shape-ellipse-holding down shift draw out a circle
Smaller than the black circle-convert to raster-drop shadow
Change the background colour this time to #44c6fc
Holding down shift draw out another circle smaller than the last
Convert to raster-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 10.26 black
Change the background colour to #000000
Holding down shift yet again draw out another circle again smaller than the last
Convert to raster-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 10.26 black

Foreground #f26fb3 and background #44c6fc-close off the foreground colour for now
Using a small font of choice-I am using FFF Urban size 6 anti-alias-off
Type out the words 'Ask Me If I Care' with the text box still open-open the foreground colour-close off the background colour
Then swap them around so the foreground colour now becomes the background colour
Type out the words again-so now you should have this on your canvas



Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister-copies-use the following settings



Select the pink (#f26fb3) circle layer we did earlier-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-invert-select the text layer we just did-hit delete
Selections-select none-change the blend mode on the text to screen

Select the text care layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the C and the R with #f26fb3
Flood fill the A and the E with #44c6fc
Selections-select none-close off the original text care layer
Using the magic wand-select the letters C and R
Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings



Selections-select none

With the magic wand selected again-select the letters A and E
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use following settings



Selections-select none-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use following settings





Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 10.26 black

Select the dotted heart layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the right heart with #f26fb3 and the left heart with #44c6fc
Selections-select none
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black-close off the original layer

Close off the foreground colour-set the background colour to #f26fb3
Preset shape-rectangle-draw out a thin rectangle about the height of the black rectangle layer
This is where we will be adding your name later on
Arrange the thin rectangle to the left on the black rectangle
Convert to raster-change the background colour to #44c6fc
Draw out another thin rectangle-arrange this to the right of the black rectangle
Convert to raster

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this to the right of your tag
Duplicate this layer-move the duplicated layer below the 'Care' word layer
Select the original tube layer-using the eraser tool-erase part her leg so it looks like she is stepping over the letters

Select the duplicate tube layer again-add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 10.26 black

Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic-add your name-rotate left by 90
Arrange this over the pink thin rectangle-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 1026 black

New canvas 550 x 550-flood fill with the same gradient we used at the beginning of this tutorial



Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask Vix_Mask147-click ok
Merge group then copy and paste over to your tag-move this layer above the white background layer
Resize this by 80%-arrange bottom right of your tag

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
