This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Scrap kit of choice or the one I am using 'Bada Bing' which you can purchase from
Pimp My Tags
Tag template #55 by me you can download this from my blog
here
Mask147 by
Vix
Font of choice - I am using 'Fabulous 50s'

Filter used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Supplies
here

Let's begin

Open up my tag template-image-canvas size 700 x 700 we can resize later
Close off the copyright info layer

Select the oval shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from the kit or one of choice
Copy and paste this onto your canvas-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none

Repeat the above for both the thin rectangle layers
Add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select the background 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose another paper from the kit-copy and paste this over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Repeat above for background 2 layer also frame 1 and frame 2 layers

Add drop shadow to each the paper frame layer 0 ,0, 60, 12.83 black

Now add any elements you want from the kit
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Open up Vix's mask-new canvas 550 x 550 flood fill with colour of choice
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Vix_Mask147-click ok
Merge group-then copy and paste this onto your tag
Arrange this layer just above your white background

Using a font of choice-add your name to your tag
Now to add the filter-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-change the glow width to 3.00
On the color tab-click on Fat then ok-add drop shadow to your name 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize if needed

Now add proper copyright info then save as .png
