This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up

Fonts of choice - I am using Times New Roman, Passions Conflict Rob and FFF Urban
Filters used
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace
Penta.com - color dot and jeans
VM Extravaganza - Transmission
MuRas Meister - Copies

Lets get started
New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white
Preset shape-ellipse-foreground null-background #e48ebd
Draw out a oval shape about the size of mine above
Rotate right by 5.00-convert to raster
Duplicate this layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 20.00
Effects-plugin-VM Extravaganza-transmission-default settings
Move this layer below the original oval layer
Resize if needed
Select the original oval shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-expand by 5.00
New raster layer-flood fill with white-selections-select none
Move this layer below your original oval layer
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings
Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban
Add the words 'Beautiful Angel' objects-align-centre in canvas
Convert to raster-effects-plugins-MuRas Meister-copies-use following settings
On the original oval shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-invert-back on your words layer-hit delete-selections-select none
Selection tool-rectangle-draw out a selection around the left part of the oval shape
Still on your words layer-hit delete-selections-select none
Back on the original oval shape layer-using the selection tool again still on rectangle
Draw out 2 vertical rectangles in the centre of the oval shape
Effects-penta.com-color dot-use following settings
Selections-select none
Using the magic wand-select the oval shape
Copy and paste your close up of choice
Arrange this to the left of your oval shape-once happy
Selections-invert-hit delete
Open up the clouds supplied-pick one-resize if needed
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Duplicate a few times then arrange as above-hit delete on each of the cloud layers
Selections-select none
Select the close up layer-duplicate this-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-lower the opacity to around 40
Select the original close up layer-lower opacity as above
Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings
Preset shape-rectangle-foreground null-background #e48ebd
Draw out a thin horizontal rectangle
Convert to raster-repeat above penta.com-jeans settings
Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-expand by 5.00
New raster layer-flood fill with white-move this layer below the original rectangle layer
Add above noise settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black
Using a font of choice-I am using Times New Roman
Add the words 'Beautiful Angel' arrange on the thin rectangle
Repeat above noise settings and drop shadow
Preset shape-ellipse-foreground null-background #ffffff
Draw out a small circle about the size of mine above
Convert to raster-arrange as above-add above noise settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black
Draw out another circle abit smaller than the first one but change the background to #da84b3
Convert to raster-add above noise settings
Finally draw out another smaller circle-background color back to #ffffff
Convert to raster-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange over the selected circle
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the tube part-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-effects-plugins-VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace
Default settings-click ok
On the original tube part layer-change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Open up the rose stem supplied-colorize-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange as above
Open the halo tube supplied-resize-copy and paste-onto your tag
Arrange as above-rotate right 10.00
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the centre of your tag
Erase any excess tube
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-change the blend mode to soft light
Oh the original tube layer-add drop shadow 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black
Using a font of choice-I am using Passions Conflict Rob
Add your name-rotate left 15.00-convert to raster
Arrange as above-add above noise settings
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-use following settings
Add drop shadow 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
