This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis
If you would like to use his artwork please visit My Psp Tubes
Word art of choice - I cannot supply as it is from a paid scrap kit
Font of choice - I am using Century Gothic
Mask by Becky
Bow by Bagz Of Scrapz

Filter used - Penta.com-Dots and Cross

Supplies here

Open the supplies and minimize for now

New canvas 500 x 500 flood fill white

Copy and paste your tube-resize if needed-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00

Using your preset shape-rectangle-stoke black-fill color from your tube
Draw out a rectangle just a little smaller than your tube-see tag above
Convert to raster-using the magic wand-select inside the rectangle
Add the filter Penta.com-Dots and cross-default setting

Preset shape-ellipse-stoke color from your tube-fill null
Draw out a circle about the size of mine
Place towards the top right of your rectangle-convert to raster-magic wand
Select inside the circle-selections-modify-expand by 2
Copy and paste your tube-place over your selected circle
Once happy-selections-invert-delete-select none-move this layer below your circle
Close off your other layers-merge visible these 2 layers

Add drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 and again -1, -1, 30, 3.00

Repeat the above for another 3 circles then arrange like mine

Copy and paste the bow supplied-resize-sharpen-duplicate for a total of 3-arrange as desired

Add any word art of choice-rotate left 90-move to the left of your rectangle

Using a font of choice add your name-rotate left 90-place on top of your word art
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00

Add a new layer above your background-flood fill with a lighter color from your tube
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask supplied-click ok
Resize if needed

Now to add proper copyright info
