This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tubes of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Tag template #37 by Melissa you can get this from her blog here
Font of choice - I am using Dreamscar
Filters used - Penta.com - Jeans and VM Extravaganza - transmission
Eye Candy 4000-gradient glow
Lets get started
Open up the template-close off the watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700
New raster layer-flood fill this with white-move this layer to the very bottom
Change your foreground colour to #5c4977 and the background colour to #ee2b8f
Click on the foreground to bring up materials properties-select the gradient tab-use the following settings

Click ok
Select the lt square layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill this with the gradient-effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings

Open up a tube of choice-copy and paste-arrange over the selected square
Selections-invert-hit delete-duplicate this layer-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-change the blend mode to soft light
Selections-select none
Click on the foreground colour again-gradient tab-tick the invert box
Click ok-select the rt square layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill this with the gradient-add above penta.com-jeans settings
Open up another tube of choice-repeat the above
Selections-select none
Now select the lt frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with #ee2b8f-close off the original frame layer
Selections-select none-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings

Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Repeat the above for the rt frame layer-but flood fill with #5c4977
Select the middle square layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill with #000000-repeat above penta.com-jeans setting
Selections-select none-select the middle frame layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer-flood fill with #5c4977
Close off the original frame layer-selections-select none
Repeat above drop shadow
Select the rectangles layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill the first and the last rectangle with #000000
Flood fill the second and 4th rectangle with #ee2b8f
Now flood fill the middle rectangle with #5c4977
Selections-select none
Now select the rectangle frames layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the first and last frame with #ffffff
Flood fill the second and the 4th frame with #5c4977
Flood fill the middle frame layer with #ee2b8f
Selections-select none
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Close off the original frame layer
Select the wordart layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Working on the top words first-flood fill the word Crazy with #027589
Flood fill Sexy with #000000 and flood fill Cool with #ee2b8f
Now on the bottom words-flood fill Crazy with #ee2b8f
Flood fill Sexy as above-finally flood fill Cool with #027589
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-using the following settings

Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Close off the original circle layer
Change your foreground to #ee2b8f and background to #027589
Click on the foreground colour to bring up the materials properties
Select the gradient tab-use following settings

Flood fill the circle with the gradient-selections-select none
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 20.00
Effects-plugins-VM Extravaganza - Tranmission-use following settings

Open your main tube of choice-copy and paste this onto your tag
Arrange in the center-repeat above drop shadow
Using a font of choice-I am using dreamscar
Add your name to your tag-convert to raster layer
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings

Repeat above gradient glow settings-add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Crop and resize if needed
Add proper copyright info then save as .png
