This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Pin Up Toons
If you would like to use his artwork please visit CILM
Font of choice - I am using 'Century Gothic'
Scrap kit by
Nit Wit Collections Cotton Candy Kisses or kit of choice this will work with any kit
Template by me
Mask by Becky

Filter used 'Eye Candy 400-gradient glow'

Supplies
here

Let's get started

Open your supplies and minimize for now

Maximize my template supplied
Close off my name layer

Click on the circle layer-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from your kit of choice-resize-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete
Close the layer named circle
Now add the filter 'Eye Candy 4000-gradient glow using the following settings





Add drop shadow to the circle 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Now on rectangle 1 layer-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange over the selected rectangle-selections-invert-hit delete
Close off rectangle 1 layer
Add gradient glow again repeating above settings
Repeat above dropshadow

Repeat the above on the last 2 remaining rectangles

Open up the patchwork from the kit-resize
Copy and paste onto your tag-arrange on the circle layer
Repeat dropshadow

Open the round tag-resize-copy and paste over to your tag
See tag for placement-repeat dropshadow
You can add a bow from the kit to the round tag if desired

Resize the swirl heart from the kit-copy and paste onto the tag
Arrange onto one of the rectangles
Add above dropshadow

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange on the rectangles
Dropshadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Open new canvas 500 x 400-flood fill with a colour from your tube
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask supplied Becky_Mask009
Click ok- merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag
Move this layer just above your white background

Add your name to the round tag

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info then save as .png
