This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Tag template #57 - which can be download from my blog

Font of choice - I am using 'Impact', 'Water Brush Rob' and 'Century Gothic'
2 scrap papers and glitter doodle of choice - I am using the ones from
Jessica's Divine Intentionz kit

Filters used - VM Extravaganza - Transmission and Penta.com - Dot and Cross

Let's begin

Open up my template-close off the copyright info layer-image-canvas size 700 x 700

Select the rounded edge rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Using a paper of choice-copy and paste this over the selected area-selections-invert-delete
Selections-select none

Repeat the above for the small rectangle layer
Using a font of choice-I am using 'Century Gothic' add any words of choice to this layer-I chose 'If You've Got It'
Select the rounded edge rectangle frame-selections-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill with a colour from your tube-selections-select none

Now we are going to add the filter - Penta.com - Dot and Cross to this layer
Use settings of choice-I made this tag last week and can't remember what settings I used lol
Once happy-click ok-then add drop shadow to this layer 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select the font tool-using a fat font-I used 'Impact-write out any words of choice-I chose 'Flaunt It'
Mess about with your wording so it just fits the rectangle
Once happy-using magic wand-select your first letter-open your tube-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange part of your tube over the selected letter-selections-invert-delete
Adjust-hue and saturation-colorize-change the hue and sat to 0-click ok
Repeat the above until all your letters have a part of your tube on
Merge visible all the lettered tube parts-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-expand by 2-new raster layer-flood fill this white
Move this layer below your words-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Copy and paste your tube-arrange in the middle of your tag-repeat drop shadow

Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill this with a colour from your tube-selections-select none
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur 20.00-click ok
Now add the filter - VM Extravaganza - Transmission-default settings-click ok

Now add a doodle of choice-move this below the circle layer

Using a font of choice-I am using 'Water Brush Rob' add your name to the tag

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info then save as .png
