This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
2 Tubes of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Tag template #193 by me you can get this from my blog
here
Font of choice - I am using Century Gothic, Pixelette and Franklin Gothic Heavy
Skull and wordart made by me

Filters used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, MuRa's Meister - Copies and VanDerLee Unplugged x - TV Inline

Supplies

Lets get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except my tag template

Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Close of my watermark layer

Select the wordart layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with black-close off my original wordart layer-do not deselect yet
Create a new blank canvas 500 x 500-using a pixel font-I am using Pixelette
Type out the word 'Trouble'-objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Copy and paste the words onto your tag-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-do not deselect
Open up your tube of choice-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange over the letter T-selections-invert-hit delete
Paste the tube again-place over the letter R-hit delete
Repeat this for the remaining letters-close off all the layers all except the tube parts you just added
Merge visible the tube parts-reopen all the layers-making sure the trouble words are above the tube part layer
Select the merged tube layer-duplicate this layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light-lower the opacity to around 40 also the original tube part layer
Select the Trouble wordart we flood filled black earlier
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-using the following settings





Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Change your foreground colour to black and the background colour to #a91313
Click on the foreground colour then choose the gradient tab
Using the following settings



On the template select the circle2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with the gradient-selections-select none
Close off my original circle layer

Select the dotted circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this white-selections-select none-close off my original layer

Select the frame1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #a91313-selections-select none
Close off my original frame1 layer
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-using the following settings



Now on the frame background1 layer-flood fill this with the following gradient settings



Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-using the following settings



Still on the frame1 background layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your tube of choice onto your tag-arrange over the selected background
Selections-invert-hit delete-paste another tube of choice-arrange next to the previous tube part
Hit delete-selections-select none-duplicate one of the tube parts-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light-back on the original tube layer-change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Repeat for the other tube part layer
Repeat the above for the frame2 and frame2 background layers

Copy and paste the word art supplied-arrange as above

Copy and paste your main tube of choice-arrange this in the center of your tag
Add drop shadow of choice

Open up the skull supplied-resize-rotate left by 20.00
Copy and paste onto your tag-see tag above

Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic-add your name and arrange this on your tag
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-using the following settings





Add proper copyright info

Now lets animate your tag

Select the circle layer we flood filled earlier with a gradient
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee-Unplugged X-TV Inline



Click ok-edit-copy merged-open up Animation Shop
Paste as new animation-back to PSP
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee-Unplugged X-TV Inline
Same settings as above so just click ok
Edit-copy merged-back to AS-paste after current frame
Back in PSP once more-effects-plugins-VanDerLee-Unplugged X-TV Inline
Same settings as above so just click ok
Edit-copy merged-back to AS-paste after current frame
Still in AS-edit-select all-animation-frame properties-change the display time to 40-click ok
Now test your animation-once happy-save your tag as .gif
