This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac
If you would like to use his artwork please visit AMI
Font of choice - I am using 'Century Gothic' and 'FFF Urban'
Template 214 by me which you can get from my blog
here
Dot animation - if this is yours please email so I can credit or remove thanks so much
Mask by
Vix
Filters used - 'Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow' 'VanDerLee Unplugged-X Interlace'
'MuRa's Meister tone' and Penta.com color dot

Supplies
here

Let's get started

Open the supplies and minimize for now all except my template

Open up the tag template close off the watermark layer and the wordart layer
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700

Select the wordart template layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Maximize your tube of choice-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange over the letter A-selections-invert-hit delete
Paste the tube again arrange over the next letter-hit delete
Repeat until the word Attitude is filled with your tube-selections-select none
Close off the original wordart template layer

Duplicate the tube words-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-back on the duplicated layer
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee Unplugged-X Interlace-default settings
Select the original tube bit layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Modify-expand by 2.00-click ok-new raster layer-flood fill with white
Move this below the tube bit layer-selections-select none
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Select the rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister tone-default settings-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light-lower the opacity to around 30
Add drop shadow to the rectangle layer 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban-size 6 anti alias off
Type out the words 'Girl Has An Attitude' four times-convert to raster
Arrange in the center of the large Attitude word

Copy and paste the dot animation-arrange on the thin rectangle 3 layer
Duplicate-arrange on the thin rectangle 4 layer-add drop shadow to the thin retangle layers 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Select the thin rectangle 2 layer-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise
Use following settings



Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Repeat for thin rectangle 1 layer

Add drop shadow the the dashed rectangle layer 1, 1, 30, 3.00

New raster layer-select the pen tool-foreground #ffffff-background null
Width 2.00-line style-arrows



While holding down shift-draw a line of arrows-once happy hit apply
Arrange on the bottom pink rectangle-duplicate-image mirror-arrange on the top pink rectangle
I have supplied the arrow lines if you prefer to use them
Add drop shadow to the arrow layers-1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Change the foreground colour to #f26fb3-background #ffffff
Click on the background colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Close off the foreground colour-preset shape-ellipse
Draw out a circle about the size of mine
Once happy-convert to raster-move this layer above your white background
Selection-select all-float-defloat-effects-plugins-penta.com-colour dot
Use following settings



Selections-select none-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use following settings





Drop shadow 0, 0, 30, 3.00 change the colour to #f26fb3

Click on the gradient colour we used for the circle
Tick the invert box



New canvas layer-550 x 550-flood fill with this gradient
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Vix_Mask147-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag-arrange to the left of your tag
Move this layer inbetween the white background and your circle layer

Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic-add your name
Convert to raster-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Arrange as above

Copy and paste your tube of choice-resize if needed-arrange in the center of your tag
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
