This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tubes of choice pref a good and bad one
I used artwork by Armando Huerta

Font of choice - I am using Century Gothic and FFF Urban
Bow of choice
Mask by Becky
Filters used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and Fire, Penta.com - color dot and MuRa's Meister - copies

Supplies
here

Lets get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except the tag template

Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Close off the watermark layer

Select the font tool-FFf Urban-size 6-foreground null-background #000000
Type out the words 'What Side Are You On??'
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Back on the text layer-selections-invert-hit delete-keep selected for now

Change foreground colour to #b7ddf3 and background to #ffffff
Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



New raster layer-selections-invert-flood fill the selected circle with the gradient
Move this layer below your text layer-copy and paste your 'Good' tube of choice
Arrange this over the selected circle-selections-invert-hit delete
Lower the opacity to around 26-making sure this layer is above your text
On the text layer-change the blend mode to overlay
On the gradient layer-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-use the following settings





Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Repeat the above for the arrow layer-but change the foreground color to #b42321
Also change the text to 'Good Vs Bad'-see tag above
Also add the filter-penta.com-color dot-use these settings



Select the backgrounds layer-selections-float-defloat
Change foreground colour to #b42321 and background to #ffffff
Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Flood fill the right background with the gradient
Change the foreground to #b7ddf3
Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Flood fill the left background with that gradient
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use the above settings
Copy and paste your 'Good' tube onto your canvas-arrange over the left selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-repeat for your 'Bad' tube-arranging over to the right
Duplicate your 'Bad' tube-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original tube layer-change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Repeat this for your 'Good' tube

Select the frames layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the left frame with #b7ddf3 and the right frame with #b42321
Selections-select none-adjust-add/remove noise-noise-use following settings



Add the above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Open up Rainbow Coffi's cloud-choose which you want to use
Copy and paste onto your tag-resize if needed-arrange as above on your good side

Preset shape-rectangle-foreground null-background colour of choice as this will be hidden
Draw out a rectangle about the size as below



Convert to raster-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-fire-use the following settings



Arrange this on your bad side-below the arrow layer so none of the rectangle is showing
See tag above-duplicate this fire layer you will need this in a sec

Select the VS layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the V with #b7ddf3-flood fill the S with #b42321
Copy and paste a cloud-arrange just over the letter V-selections-invert-hit delete
Grab the duplicated fire layer-arrange this over the S-hit delete
Selections-select none-add above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Add any elements to the VS-I added a halo and a bow on the good side
And a devil tail and horns to the bad side-see tag above
Add drop shadow to any elements you add

Select the word good layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #b7ddf3-selections-select none-repeat gradient glow settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black-arrange as above
Repeat for the word bad but flood fill with #b42321

New raster layer 500 x 500-flood fill with #b7ddf3
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Becky_Mask038-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag-arrange this on your good side
Make sure this layer is just above your white background
Repeat the above but flood fill with #b42321-arrange this on your bad side

Using a font of choice- I am using Century Gothic-add your name
Place where desired-repeat above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
