This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by Gennadiy Koufay If you would like to use his artwork please visit CILM Fonts of choice - I am using Roelandt-The Swatches, Squire, Times New Roman & Impact Clouds by Rainbow Coffi - you can get them here Mask - I couldn't remember what mask I used so I have supplied the ready made mask If it is yours please let me know and I will give credit thanks!! Sparkles - I cannot supply the ones I used at they are PTU but I supplied some others you may use Cloud image of choice - Optional Bow of choice Diamond & Halo Filters used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, MuRa's Meister - Copies & Penta.com - color dot Supplies here Let's get started New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill with white Preset shape-ellipse-foreground #e3a5b9-background null-width 20.00 Draw out a circle frame about the size of mine above Convert to raster-adjust-add/remove noise-noise-use the following settings  Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-use following settings   You should now have something like this  Select the font tool-font of choice-I am using Squire-size 9-foreground #e3a5b9 but close it off for now Background #fffffff Type out the word Heaven-swap the foreground colour so its now the background colour Now type out Is Missing An Angel-you should now have this  Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings  Close off this layer for now Back to the circle frame layer-magic wand-click inside the circle frame-selections-modify-expand by 2.00 Change the foreground colour to #e3a5b9 and background colour to #ffffff Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings  Flood fill the selected area with the gradient Reopen the text layer-make sure its above the gradient layer Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none Change the blend mode on the text layer to screen Add drop shadow to the circle frame layer-0, 0, 30, 3.00 black Using a font of choice a fat one will work best-I am using Impact Foreground null-background #e6b0c1-type out the work Heaven-size 110 Convert to raster-this next part is optional Selections-select all-float-defloat-now I used the image that came with the tube I colorized it and added it to the Heaven word so the word has some clouds on it If you do not have a cloud image you can always resize the rainbow coffi tubes and add them Merge visible the Heaven word and any clouds you use Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use following settings  Still on the Heaven word layer-selections-select all-float-defloat Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer-flood fil #ffffff Move this layer below the original Heaven word-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 Open up the halo tube supplied-I used the lighter halo Copy and paste onto your canvas-resize by 90%-rotate left by 15.00 Arrange this on the Heaven word to the left Duplicate the halo-move the duplicated layer below the Heaven word layer Back on the original halo layer-erase parts of the halo so it looks like it is hanging from it Select the duplicated halo layer-drop shadow 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black Open up your tube of choice-copy and paste it onto your tag Arrange in the center of your tag-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black Open up Rainbow Coffi's cloud-choose which you want to use Copy and paste onto your tag-resize if needed-arrange as above Using a font of choice-I am using Times New Roman-foreground null-background #e6b0c-size 30 Type out the words Is Missing An Angel-convert to raster Adjust-add/remove noise-noise-repeat above settings Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-repeat above settings Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black Arrange just below your tube Add a bow of choice to the Heaven word-add the diamond supplied to this Colourizing if needed Add any sparkles if desired-colorizing to match your tag Using a font of choice-I am using Roelandt-The Swatches-add your name Arrange this on the clouds-repeating above gradient glow settings Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black Copy and paste the ready made mask-arrange this above the white background Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png Thanks for trying my tutorial.
