This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice or close up image
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Scrap kit of choice or the one I am using by Jessica called Dream Girl
Which you can purchase from Scraps By Jessica
Tag template by Rachel #37 which you can get here
Font of choice - I am using 'SP Shopaholic'
Filters used - VM Extravaganza - Transmission and eye candy 4000 - gradient glow
Lets get started
Open up Rachels template-image-canvas size 700 x 700
Select the shape1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from the kit-copy and paste over the selected shape
Selections-invert-do not deselect yet-open up your tube or close of choice
Copy and paste this onto the canvas-arrange over the selected shape-delete
Do not deselect just yet-selections-invert-select the paper shape layer we just did
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer-flood this white-selections-select none
Move this white shape layer below the paper shape layer
Add dropshadow to this white layer 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Repeat the above for shape2 layer
Select the small rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose another paper from the kit-copy and paste this over the selected area
Selections-invert-delete-selections-select none
Repeat above drop shadow
Repeat the above for the remaining template layers using different papers from the kit
You should by now have added a paper to the mat layer so select the layer you did
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur 20.00-click ok
Now to add the filter VM Extravaganza - Transmission-default settings-click ok
Move this layer below your paper mat layer
If you are using Jessica's kit-open up doodle1-arrange to the right of your tag
Duplicate-image-mirror-arrange on the left of your tag
On both the doodles-add the filter gradient glow-glow width 3.00
On the color tab-select Fat-click ok-drop shadow to each the doodles 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Open up label1 from the kit-copy and paste onto your tag-see tag above for placement
Choose a bow from the kit-resize-add this to your tag
Repeat drop shadow
Using a font of choice-add your name to your tag-arrange at the bottom
Add the same gradient glow settings as above-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Crop and resize if needed
Now add proper copyright info then save as .png
