This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Mask #220 by
Weescotslass Thanks hun!
Font of choice - I am using Bank Gothic and Times New Roman

Filters used - Penta.com - Color dot, DSB Flux - Linear Transmission and MuRa's Meister - copies

Supplies
here

Lets begin

New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke null-fill #000000
Draw out a rectangle-about the size as shown below-convert to raster


Open up your tube of choice-copy and paste onto your canvas
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister - copies-use following settings



Click ok-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 20.00-click ok
Select the rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert
Select the tube blurred layer-hit delete-selections-select none
You should have something like this



Copy and paste your tube of choice onto your canvas again
Arrange over the rectangle-resize by 80%-erase any excess
Duplicate the tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light
Back on the original tube layer-change the blend mode to hard light
Back on the duplicate tube layer-effects-plugins-dsb flux-linear transmission
Use following settings



Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out a rectangle shape-see screenshot below



Hit delete-this is where we will add the words later on in the tutorial
Selections-select none
Still on the duplicated tube layer-effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot
Use following settings



Preset shape-rectangle-stoke null-fill #000000
Draw out a rectangle-just abit bigger than the one we have been working on-convert to raster
You should now have this



Preset shape-rectangle-stoke #fffff-fill null-line style diamond-size 4.00
Draw out a rectangle so you have something like this-then convert to raster



Close off the white background layer-merge visible all your layers
Reopen the white background-move the merged layer to the left of your canvas
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Duplicate the merged layer-image-mirror-move it a little more to the right if needed

Using a font of choice-I am using Bank Gothic-add the words 'I've Got Your Man'
Convert to raster-rotate left by 90
Arrange this on that rectangle strip we deleted earlier-see above tag
Change the blend mode to overlay-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Duplicate the words layer-image-mirror-image flip
Arrange this on the right rectangle

Now we are going to start on the background of your tag
Preset shape-rectangle-stoke null-fill #000000
Draw out a square shape-see tag above for size-convert to raster
Copy and paste your tube of choice onto the canvas
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister - copies-use following settings



Click ok-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 20.00-click ok
Select the square layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert
Select the tube blurred layer-hit delete-selections-select none
Copy and paste your tube again-arrange to the left of the square shape
Adjust-hue and saturation-colorize-change both the hue and sat to 0-click ok
Duplicate the tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 20.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light-back to the original tube layer change the blend mode to hard light
Back on the duplicated tube layer-add the filter linear transmission again using the same settings as above
Lower the opacity of the duplicated tube and original tube layer to around 50
You should now have this



Repeat the above so you got a tube on the right of the square also



Preset shape-rectangle-stoke null-fill #000000
Draw out a square shape-larger than the previous one-see tag above for size-convert to raster


Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Copy and paste your tube-arrange in the center of your tag
Duplicate-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur
Change the radius to 3.00-click ok-change the blend mode to overlay
Select the original tube layer-drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Using a font of choice-I am using Bank Gothic-add the words 'I've Got Your Man'
To the bottom of your tag-convert to raster-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Duplicate-arrange the duplicated layer at the top of your tag

Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask WSL_Mask220-click ok
Merge group then copy and paste over to your tag-move this layer above the white background layer
Arrange to the right of your tag-lower the opacity to around 24
Duplicate-image-mirror-flip-arrange to the left of your tag

Using a font of choice-I am Using Times New Roman add your name to the bottom of your tag

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
