This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Scrap kit Tickled Pink by Teresa which you can purchase from Berry Bliss Scrapz
Tag template #52 which you can download from my blog here
Mask 220 by Chelle which you can get from her site here
Font of choice - I am using 'Geo Sans Light' and 'Earwig Factory'
Let's begin
Open up my template-close off the copyright info-image-canvas size 700 x 700
Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-choose a paper from the kit
Copy and paste onto your canvas-selections-invert-delete-selections-select none
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Repeat the above for the brackets, frame and frame background layers
Do not add the drop shadow tho to the frame and frame background layers
Using a font of choice-I am using 'Earwig Factory' write out some words of choice
I chose 'Like Whatever' we want these words to cover the frame background
Once your sure the background will be covered with your words-convert to raster
Select the frame layer-using the magic wand-click inside the frame-selections-modify-expand by 2
Arrange your words over the selected area-once happy-selections-invert-delete-selections-select none
Move the word layer below the frame
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the middle of your tag-erase any excess
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Using the ellipse tool-stoke black-fill null-width 7.00
Draw out a small circle-place this to the left of your tag-convert to raster
Grab the magic wand-click inside the circle-selections-modify-expand by 2
New raster layer-flood fill this with a colour from your tube
Move this layer below the newly draw circle
Copy and paste your tube again-arrange over the selected circle
Once happy-selections-invert-delete-selections-select none
Still on this tube layer-adjust-hue and saturation-change the hue and sat to 0
Click ok
Add any other elements from the kit-add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Open up the mask by Chelle
New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill this with a colour from your tube
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Chelle's mask-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this over to your tag
Arrange this layer just above your white background
Add your name to the bottom of your tag
Crop and resize if needed
Now add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
