This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice and a close up I used artwork by Ismael Rac If you would like to use his artwork please visit AMI Glitter splat, crystal rain and sparkle are from Bel's exclusive Creative Misfits kit but you can use any glitter/sparkle elements - I will be writing this tut using Bel's elements Wordart by me - supplied - do not use in any other tutorial without my permission thanks Font of choice - I am using Water Brush Rob Filters used Penta.com - color dot and Jeans Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient glow Supplies here Lets get started New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white Preset shape-ellipse-foreground null-background #000000 Draw out a circle shape about the size of mine above Convert to raster-selections-select all-float-defloat Open up the crystal rain element from the kit Copy and paste-arrange this over the selected circle Selections-invert-hit delete-keep selected for now Open up your close up of choice-copy and paste onto your canvas Arrange to the right of the circle-hit delete Selections-invert-selections-modify-expand by 13.00 New raster layer-flood fill with #835895 Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings  Select the close up layer-duplicate the close up layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00 Change the blend mode to soft light-select the original close up layer Change the blend mode on that to luminance (L) Select the black circle layer-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000 gradient glow Use the following settings   Select the purple noise layer-repeat above gradient glow settings Add drop shadow to this layer 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black Preset shape-rectangle-foreground null-background #ff76ad Draw out a rectangle about the size of mine above Convert to raster-see tag above for placement Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out 3 thin vertical selected rectangles on the right of the rectangle Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings  Selections-select none Using the selection tool again-draw out a thick rectangle on the left of the rectangle Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings  Selections-select none Repeat above gradient glow and drop shadow settings to the rectangle Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange on the rectangle Duplicate your tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00 Change the blend mode to soft light Select the original tube layer-add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black Open up Bel's sparkle from the kit-arrange this over your tube layers Open the gliiter splat from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag Arrange as above Open up my wordart-copy and paste these onto the canvas See tag above for arrangement Using a font of choice-I am using Water Brush Rob-add your name to the tag Add above gradient glow settings if you wish Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png Thanks for trying my tutorial.
