This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac
This is our free tube Ismael created for us for our 1st birthday Creative Misfits
Font of choice - I am using 'Neotrash' 'LD Jilly Nilly' and 'FFF Urban'
Template by Harley which you can get from here
Mask by Vix
Splat bruses of choice
Filters used - 'Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow' 'MuRa's Meister copies' 'Xero fritillary' and Penta.com jeans

Let's get started
Open Becky's mask and minimize for now
Open up the tag template close off the watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700
Select the black circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d63e8a-close off the original circle layer
Selections-select none
Select the white round frame layer-selectio0ns-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000-close off the white round frame layer
Selections-select none
Select the grey circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #7a5789-close off the original circle layer
Selections-select none
Effects-plugins-Xero fritillary-use the following settings
Select the side rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d63e8a-keep selected for now
Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror-copy nad paste onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none
Duplicate the tube bit layer-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Back on the original tube bit layer-change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings
Using a font of choice-I am using NeoTrash-add the words Misfits Rock
Making sure it fits in the rectangle-change the blend mode to screen
Duplicate the word layer-arrange at the bottom on the rectangle
Select the sideblackframe-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d63e8a-close off the original frame layer
Selections-select none-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000 gradient glow-use following settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, .400 black
Select the font tool-using a pixel font-I am using FF Urban size 6 black
Type out the words 'Misfits Rock It Better!!'
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings
Close off this layer for now
Select the rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d63e8a-reopen the word layer we just did
Make sure its arranged over the selected rectangle how you want it
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Change the blend mode on the text layer to sofe light
Add some splat brushes of choice to this rectangle-lower the opacity to around 40
Select the black frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #7a5789-close off the original frame layer
Selections-select none-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use above settings
Add above gradient glow settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Grab preset shape set on ellipse-foreground null-background black-width 3.00-we will delete this later
Hold down shift while drawing out a circle-abit larger that the circle that is already there-do not convert to raster just yet
New layer- we are going to add your words around the circle-choose your font I used Neo Trash
Foreground #d63e8a-background #7a5789-close off the foreground colour for now
With your font tool selected go over to your circle-click when you see a curve on the tool
Type out 'Misfits Rock It Better' now with the font box reopen up the foreground colour
Swap it so the foreground becomes the background-now close off the foreground layer
Type out 'Misfits Rock It Better' again-repeat again until you have alternate colours of your words
Once happy convert to raster-delete the circle layer we just made
Add above gradient glow settings to your words-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Copy and paste your tube-arrange as desired-erase any excess if needed
Duplicate your tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the orignal tube layer add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
New blank canvas 550 x 550 flood fill this with #7a5789
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Vix_Mask147-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag-arrange top right of your tag
Make sure this layer is just above your white background
Repeat what we just done but flood fill the blank canvas with #d63e8a
Arrange this to the bottom right of your tag
Duplicate both these layers-image mirror-arrange the masks on the left of your tag
See tag above
Using a font of choice- I am using LD Jilly Nilly-add your name
Place where desired-repeat above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
