This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tubes of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Font of choice - I am using Squire and Al Sandra
Mask #187 by
Vix Thanks hun!
Spalt brushes of choice

Filters used
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow VM Extravaganza - Tranmission
VanDerLee Unplugged X - Interlace Tramages - Tow The Line

Supplies

Lets get started

Open up the template-close off the watermark layer
Image canvas size change the width and height to 700 x 700
New raster layer-flood fill white-move this layer to the very bottom

Image-rotate-free rotate-right by 90-all layers ticked

Close off the NGirlRight, black circle right and purple circe right layers-close this off

Change your foreground colour to #e0589b and the background colour to #ffffff
Click on the foreground to bring up materials properties-select the gradient tab-use the following settings



Select the purple rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill with the gradient-open up your tube of choice
Image-mirror-copy and paste this onto your tag-arrange to the left of the selected rectangle
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Close this tube layer for now
Select the gradient filled layer-now using the freehand selection tool
Draw out a selection see screenshot below



Effects-plugins-tramages-tow the line-default settings-click ok
Selections-select none

Reopen the tube layer-duplicate-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-select the original tube layer
Change the blend mode to screen
Back on the duplicated layer-effects-plugins-VanDerLee Unplugged X-Interlace-default settings

Using a pixel font of choice-I am using Squire-size 10-#e0589b
Type out he words 'Naughty Girl' keep repeating until you got a line of words about the length of the rectangle layer
Convert to raster-arrange so your line words is sitting above the dots
Change the blend mode to screen

Add any splat brushes of choice on the centre of the rectangle

Select the NGirlLeft layer-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-use following settings





Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Close off the layers black circle left and purple circle left
Using the preset shape-ellipse-draw out your own circles
See tag above-on the smallest circle layer-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings



Select the frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with black-close off the original frame layer
Add drop shadow to the black frame layer 0, 0, 40, .10.26 black

Preset shape-ellipse-foreground null-background #e0589b
Draw out a circle-convert to raster-move this layer just above your white background
Arrange on the right of your tag
Duplicate the circle layer-on the original layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 20.00
Effects-plugins-VM Extravaganza-Transmission-default settings-click ok
Back on the duplicated circle layer-repeat above gradient glow settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Open up Vix's mask-new blank canvas 550 x 550-flood fill with the gradient we used at the beginning
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Vix_Mask187-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag-arrange over the original circle layer

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange to the right of your tag
Duplicate-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube layer-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Using a font of choice-I am using Al Sandra-add your name to your tag

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
