This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Barbara Jensen

Scrap kit by Pimp My Tags here
It is a PTU one - Peep Show
Fonts of choice - I am using Hursheys
Filters used
VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace
Lets get started
New canvas 750x 700 flood fill white
Using the selection tool-set on circle-draw out a large circle in the center of your canvas
Open up the pink paper from the kit-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-invert-selections-modify-expand by 4
New raster layer-flood fill with white-add the following noise settings

Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Set your foreground to black-background null
Preset shape-ellipse-change the line style to diamond-width 4
While holding down the shift key-draw out your dotted circle
Arrange this as above on your pink paper circle
Foreground null-background black-preset shape-ellipse
Draw out a smaller circle for the center-convert to raster
Arrange this in the center of the dotted circle
Add above drop shadow
Selection tool-set on circle-draw out a selected circle
A little bit smaller than the center circle we just did
Open up the censor paper from the kit
Copy and paste this to your canvas-arrange over the selected circle
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Arrange this to the left of your tag-move this layer just above your white background layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-modify-expand by 4.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #ec82aa
Selections-select none-move this layer below the paper circle
Add above noise settings and drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Duplicate this layer and the circle paper layer-arrange to the right of your tag
Open up the double frame from the kit-resize-copy and paste this onto your tag
Arrange to the left of your center circles-duplicate-image-mirror
Make sure the duplicated frame is to the right of the center circles
Add above drop shadow to both the frame layers
Using the selection tool-set on rectangle
Draw around the frame on the left-see below

Open up the grey paper from the kit-copy and paste over to your tag
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete
Move this layer below the frame layer
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this over the grey paper we just added
Once happy with the placement-hit delete
Selections-select none
Duplicate the tube part we just added
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light on the original tube part layer change blend mode to Luminance (L)
Select the duplicated tube part again
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace-default settings
Repeat the above for the frame on the right
Open the circle frame from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange this in the center on your tag
Selections-select all-float-defloat--selections-modify-expand by 4.00
New raster layer-flood fill with white-selections-select none
Add above noise settings to the white layer
Still on this layer-using the magic wand select in the center
Selections-modify-expand by 2
Copy and paste the censor paper-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Foreground null-background black-preset shape-rectangle
Draw out a thin rectangle shape-convert to raster-arrange bottom right of your tag
Add above drop shadow
Now you can start adding any elements from the kit and arrange as above
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the center of the tag
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Using a font of choice-I am using Hursheys-add your name to your tag
Arrange as above
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
