This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Tag template #14 by Mirella you can get it from her blog
here
Font of choice - I am using Roelandt Rob, Impact,Century Gothic and FFF Urban
Diamond

Filters used
Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow, MuRa's Meister-Copies and Tone and Penta.com-color dot

Supplies
here

Lets get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except the tag template

Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok

Select the layer named raster 4-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Set your foreground colour to #84d8e5 and the fill to #ffffff
Click on the foreground colour then choose the gradient tab
Using the following settings



Now flood fill the selected area with that gradient-selections-select none
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-using the following settings



Select the layer named raster 3--selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
We are going to use the same gradient settings as above but making sure invert is ticked this time



Flood fill the selected area with that gradient-do not deselect yet
New raster layer
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister-tone-using the following settings



Selections-select none-change the blend mode to soft light

Select raster 5 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill this with this colour #2a2a2a-keep selected
New blank canvas 500 x 500-using a font of choice-I am using FFF Urban set on 6
Type out the words 'Playful Or Provocative'-objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Copy and paste the words onto your tag-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-I used the selection tool-rectangle to remove the excess letters
Do not deselect just yet

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange to the right of the selected area
Hit delete-selections-select none-duplicate the tube part-image-mirror
Arrange to the left-duplicate this layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light-select the original tube part layer-change this blend mode to Luminance (L)
Repeat this for the tube part of the right
Make sure these layers are below the words layer

Select raster 6 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill this with the same gradient settings as above-selections-select none
Drop shadow 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black-close off the original raster 6 layer
Repeat for the layer named copy of raster 6

Now on the raster 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with the above gradient settings
Selections-select none-repeat the above penta.com-color dot settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Close off the original layer

Copy and paste your tube-arrange in the center of your tag-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Duplicate it-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light

Using the font tool-font of choice-I am using Impact
Using the same gradient colours as above-add the word 'Provocative'
Arrange this at the bottom of your tube-convert to raster
Repeat the above penta.com-color dot settings
Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-modify-expand by 2.00
New raster layer-flood fill this white-selections-select none
Move this below the Provocative word-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Font tool again-font of choice-a nice script font will work-I am using Roelandt Rob
Add the words 'Playful Or'-convert to raster- arrange this on top of the Provocative word
Repeat drop shadow

Copy and paste the diamond supplied-colorize to match your tag-arrange either side of Provocative

Using another font of choice-I am using Century Gothic-add your name
Convert to raster-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow





Drop shadow 1 ,1 ,30, 3.00 black-arrange where desired

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info then save as .png
