This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Tag template #192 by me you can get this from my blog

Texture by
Two Beats I used her texture #10
Font of choice - I am using Roelandt The Swatches Rob and FFF Urban
Filters used - Penta.com - Jeans, Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and Jeux De Lignes - Entrelacement

Lets get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except my tag template

Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Close off my watermark layer
Select the thin rectangle1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open up the texture-adjust-hue and saturation-use the following settings



Copy and paste this onto your canvas-arrange over the selected rectangle
Selections-invert-hit delete-do not deselect just yet-close off the original rectangle layer
Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror-copy and paste-arrange over the texture
Hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the tube part-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-select the original tube layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Back on the duplicated tube layer-effects-texture effects-weave-use the following settings



Add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black to the dotted rectangle1 layer and texture layer

Repeat all the above for the thin rectangle3 layer

Select the font tool-FFF urban-size 6-change the fill to white-type out your name
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Close this layer for now
Select the thin rectangle2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with #000000-close off the original rectangle layer
Do not deselect yet-un X your name layer we just did-arrange this over the flood filled layer we just did
Once happy-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Lower the opacity of the name layer to around 50
Add drop shadow 1, 1, 50, 5.00 black to the rectangle layer

Select the font tool again-FFF urban-size 6-change the fill to #000000 type out the word 'Provocative'
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Close this layer for now
Select the rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-copy and paste the texture-arrange over the selected rectangle
Selections-invert-hit delete-new raster layer-flood fill this with #434f55
Change the blend mode to multiply
Un X the provocative words layer-hit delete-selections-select none
Lower the opacity of the words to around 50

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the center of your tag-resize if needed
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select the wordart layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with #758085
Do not deselect just yet-effects-plugins-penta.com - jeans-use the following settings



Selections-select none-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000 - gradient glow-use the following settings





Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select the raster 1 layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 20.00
Effects-plugins-Jeux De Lignes - Entrelacement-use the following settings



New canvas layer 600 x 600-flood fill with #758085
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask WSL_Mask220-click ok
Merge group then copy and paste over to your tag-arrange this layer above the white background layer
Resize if needed-arrange more the the left of your tag

Using a font of choice-I am using Roelandt The Swatches Rob
Add your name to your tag-arrange this over the Provocative wordart layer
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
