This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Tag template #256 by me you can get this from my blog
here
Font of choice - I am using FFF Urban, Actionis & Radius

Filters used
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace
Penta.com - color dot and jeans

Lets get started

Open up my tag template-close off the watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700

Select the oval shape layer-selection-select all-float-defloat
Open up your close up of choice-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange this to the left-once happy-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none-duplicate the close up layer-image-mirror
Arrange to the right of the oval shape
Duplicate the close up layer-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original close up layer change the blend mode to screen
Lower the opacity on this layer to around 40
Repeat for the close up layer on the opposite side

Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out a rectangle selection top part of the oval shape



Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use following settings



Selections-select none-selection tool again-draw out another rectangle selection
This time a thin one-just below the previous one



Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings



Selections-select none
You should now have this



Close off the gradient oval shape layer for now
Select the small oval shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your close up again-arrange this on the right of the small oval shape
Selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none-duplicate the close up layer
Image-mirror-arrange this to the left of your tag
Duplicate the left close up layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original close up layer change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Repeat for the right close up layer
Reopen the gradient oval shape layer

Select the wordart layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your close up again-arrange over the selected letters
Selections-invert hit delete-repeat until the wordart is filled with your close up tube
Close off all your layers all except the close up layers we just filled the wordart with
Merge visible these layers-reopen the closed off layers
Now on the merge tube layer-duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius
Change the blend mode to soft light-select the original close up layer
Change the blend mode to luminance (L)-lower the opacity to around 40
On the duplicated layer-effects-plugins-VanDerLee-Unplugged-Interlace
Default settings-click ok

Using a pixel font of your choice-I am using FFF Urban
Add the words 'Shes So Punkified' type it out about 4 times
Convert to raster-arrange as above-I added one above and below the main Punkified word
And one in the centre of the word

Add drop shadow of 1, 1, 20, 2.00 black to the rectangle 1 & 2 layers
Using a font of choice-I am using Radius-add the word 'Punkified' to these 2 layers
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this in the centre of your tag
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube layer-add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Add your name to your tag-I used Actionis font
Arrange as above-add gradient glow of choice
Drop shadow as above

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
