This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

It is a PTU one - Scream My Name
Film Strip of choice I cannot not supply the one I used

Fonts of choice - I am using Sick Capital Vice and FFF Urban

Filters used
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Penta.com - color dot
VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace

Lets get started

Open up my tag template-image-canvas size-change the width and height to 750x 700-click ok
Close off the copyright layer
Select the circle 3 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open up the black solid paper from the kit
Copy and paste onto the canvas-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none

Select the circle 4 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste the pink solid paper from the kit
Selections-invert-hit delete
Open up your close up of choice-copy and paste this over to your canvas
Arrange over the selected circle-once happy-hit delete
Selections-select none-duplicate the close up image
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-change the blend mode to soft light
On the original close up image change the blend mode to screen
Select the pink solid paper again-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-expand by 4.00-new raster layer-flood fill with #59c9ca
Selections-select none-add the following noise settings



Using a film strip of choice-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Rotate as above
Using the magic wand select inside the film strip squares
Selections-modify-expand by 2
Open up the blue solid paper from the kit
Copy and paste this over the film strip
Selections-invert-hit delete-move this paper layer below the film strip layer
Copy and paste your tube of choice over to your canvas
Arrange over the selected film strip-hit delete
Making sure the tube layer is below the film strip layer
Duplicate the tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light also on the original tube layer too
Selected the duplicated tube layer again
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace-default settings

Select your film strip layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-expand by 4.00-new raster layer
Flood fill with white-selections-select none
Move this layer below the film strip layer-add the above noise settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Select the rectangle 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange to the left of the selected rectangle
Selections-invert-hit delete-paste the tube again but arrange to the right of the rectangle
Hit delete-selections-invert-selections-modify-expand by 2
New raster layer-flood fill with white-move this layer below rectangle 2 layer
Selections-select none-add above noise settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Back to the tube layers we just added-select the tube layer thats on the left of the rectangle
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to screen on the original tube layer
Selected the duplicated tube layer again
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace-default settings

Repeat for the tube on the right of the rectangle

Foreground null-background #df3e94-preset shape-rectangle
Draw out a rectangle thiner than the rectangle 2 layer
Convert to raster-move this layer below the rectangle 2 layer
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use the following settings



Add drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Select the small circle 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste the blue solid paper from the kit
Arrange over the circle-selections-invert-hit delete
Close off the original circle layer
Add above penta.com-color dot settings on the blue solid paper layer
Repeat the above forthe small circle 2 layer

Now on the thin rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #59c9ca-selections-select none
Add above penta.con-color dot settings
Close off the original thin rectangle layer
Repeat above drop shadow
Using the pen tool draw out a thin dotted line
Arrange this just below this rectangle

Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban size 6
Add the words 'Causing A Riot' rotate left by 90
Arrange next to your film strip-convert to raster

Foreground null-background #59c9ca-preset shape-star shape
Draw out a small star-see tag above
Convert to raster-arrange as above-add above noise settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black-duplicate see tag for arrangement

You can now start adding any elements from the kit
See tag above

Once you have added your elements you can now add your main tube of choice
See tag above for placement-duplicate the tube-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Select the original tube layer add drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Using a font of choice-I am using Sick Capital Vice
Add your name-arrange as above-convert to raster
Add following gradient glow settings to your name





Drop shadow as above

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
