This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

This tube I purchased at MPT thats why it has my MPT license on
Scrap kit by my good friend Tamie which you can get from here
It is a PTU one
Font of choice - I am using Ballpark Weiner and Bank Gothic
Filters used
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Lets get started
New canvas 750 x 700 flood fill with white
Foreground null-background black-preset shape ellipse
Draw out a large circle-convert to raster-add drop shadow 1 ,1 ,30, 3.00 black
Draw out another circle-just abit smaller than the one we just did-convert to raster
Selections-select all-float-defloat-open up paper 1 from Tamie's kit
Copy and paste this onto your canvas-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none
Draw out another circle a little bit smaller again
Convert to raster-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open up paper 5 from the kit-copy and paste this onto the canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-invert
Selections-modify-expand by 4.00-new raster layer-flood fill with white
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings

Move this layer below the paper 5 layer
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Foreground null-background #df3e94-preset shape ellipse
Draw out a circle smaller than the center ones-convert to raster
Arrange this to the left of your tag--selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-expand by 4.00-new raster layer-flood fill with #924fae
Selections-select none-use above noise settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Open the music note element from the kit-copy and paste to the canvas
Arrange this on the circle to the left of your tag
Resize if needed-change the blend mode to soft light
Open up the record element-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange this over the music note element
Open the polariod frame from the kit-copy and paste this onto the canvas
Rotate left by 10.00-arrange this over the record element
Using the magic wand-select inside the frame-selections-modify-expand by 4.00
Open up paper 8 from the kit-copy and paste to the canvas
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete
Open your tube of choice-copy and paste this over to your tag
Arrange within the selected frame-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light on the original tube layer change the blend mode to screen
Repeat the above for the right hand side of your tag
Open the piano key element-copy and paste onto your tag
Resize if needed-arrange as above
Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-modify-expand by 2
New raster layer-flood fill with #924fae-selections-select none
Add above noise settings-move this layer below the piano keys
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Open up a film strip-arrange this in the center of your tag
Grab the magic wand-select all the center squares on your film strip
Selections-modify-expand by 3.00
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit-selections-invert
Move this layer below the film strip
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange within the selected squares
Selections-invert-hit delete-repeat until all the squares is filled with your tube
Selections-select none
Duplicate the tube layers we just added-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to screen-on the original tube layers blend mode should be Luminance (L)
Select the film strip layer again-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-expand by 4.00-new raster layer
Flood fill with #df3e94-move this layer below the film strip layer
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings

Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this in the center of your tag
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussina blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original tube layer-add drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Now add any elements from the kit
I added the ribbons, wire clips, trim, bow and rose
On one of the clips I erased princess and add rock using Bank Gothic font
This is entirely upto you tho
Foreground #924fae and background #df3e94
Clicking on the background colour to being up the materials properties
Select the gradient tab and use following settings

Close off the foreground colour
Using a font of choice-I am using Bank Gothic
Add the words 'Rock Princess'-convert to raster
Arrange at the bottom of your tag-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Using the same gradient settings add some stars to your tag as above
Also using the pen tool draw out a dotted line
Arrange this at the bottom of your tag
Using a font of choice-I am using Ballpark Weiner
Add your name to your tag-add above noise settings if you wish
Also you can add the following gradient glow settings to your name


Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
