This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Font of choice - I am using FFF Urban, Eight Track
Filters used
MuRas Meister - Copies
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Penta.com - Color Dot
VanDerLee - Interlace
Lets get started
Open up Sylvie's template-close off the watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700
Select the black rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Change your foreground to #a128b2-background to #e426bd
Click on the foreground colour-select the gradient tab-use the following settings
Flood fill the selected rectangle with that gradient
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate your tube layer-adjust-blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee-interlace-default settings
Select the original tube layer-add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Select the layer we flood filled with the gradient
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Select the grey rectangle layer
Repeat the above but flood fill with the following settings
Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban
Type out the work Rock in #a128b2 and Rules in #e426bd
Objects-align-center in canvas
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meisters-copies-use the following settings
Duplicate and close these layers for now
Select the large pink layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000
Open up one of the text layers-selections-invert-hit delete
Copy and paste a close up of choice-arrange over the selected area
Hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the close up layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee-interlace-default settings
Select the black rectangle we flood filled earlier
Add the following gradient glow settings
Select the pink thin rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #ffffffB
Selections-select none-drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Using the same pixel font we used above-add the word Rules
Using alternate colours-keeping repeating until you got a line
Convert to raster-arrange over the thin black rectangle layer
If desired move this layer and the thin rectangle layer below the vertical rectangle layer
See tag above
Select the large stars layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the left star with #e426bd
Then the right star with #a128b2
Selections-select none-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise
Add gradient glow
Select the rock wortart layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the R and K with #e426bd
New raster layer-flood fill the O and C with #a128b2
Selections-select none-selecting the R and K layer
Repeat above noise settings
Select O and C layer-repeat above color dot settings
Add gradient glow to both these layers
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Preset shape-ellipse-foreground null-background #000000
Draw out a oval shape-convert to raster layer-move this layer to the very bottom
Selections-select all-float-defloat-open up the duplicated text layer from earlier
Move this layer just above the oval shape layer-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-invert-selections-modify-expand by 4.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #e426bd
Selections-modify-expand by 4.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #a128b2
Selections-select none-on the text layer-lower the opacity to 50
Repeat above noise settings on the 2 oval layers we just created
On the last oval layer-add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Select the stars layer-delete the bottom right set of stars
Once deleted-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the first star with #e426bd
Flood fill the last star with #a128b2
Selections-select none-add above noise settings on the coloured stars
Drop shadow 0, 0, 4.00, 10.26 black
Close off the original star layer
Using a font of choice-I am using Radius
Add your name then arrange bottom right of your tag
Add gradient glow settings-and above drop shadow
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
