This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tubes of choice
I used artwork by Michael Landefeld
If you would like to use his artwork please visit CILM
Tag template #6 by Melissa you can get it from her blog
here
Elements from Kristin's scrap kit which you can get from her blog
here
Texture by Ivy
Font of choice - I am using NeoTrash

Filters used
Penta.com - Jeans & color dot
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Jeux De Lignes - Entrelacement

Supplies
here

Lets get started

Open up the template-close off the watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the height and width to 700 x 700

Change foreground colour to #000000 and background to #5a70a6
Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Select the squares background layer-selections-float-defloat
Flood fill with the right background with the gradient
Bring up the gradient tab again-untick invert-flood fill the left background with this gradient
Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror
Copy and paste onto your canvas-arrange part of the tube over the right selected background
Selections-invert-hit delete-paste the tube again-arrange on the left selected background
Hit delete-selections-select none-select the right tube layer
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original tube part layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Back on the duplicated layer-effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans
Use the following settings



Repeat on the tube on the left

Select the square frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the right frame with #5a70a6
Flood fill the left frame with #000000
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings



Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer-flood fill with #000000
Selections-select none-move this layer below the frames
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Select the top rectangle background layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #5a70a6-selections-select none
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use following settings



Select the top rectangle frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with #000000-close off the original frame layer
Add above noise settings-selections-modify-expand by 2.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #5a70a6-move this layer below the frame layer
Selections-select none-repeat drop shadow
Repeat for the bottom rectangle but flood fill the background with #000000
Then flood fill the frame with #5a70a6-see tag above

Select the stars layer-selections-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill the right star with #5a70a6 and the left star with #000000
Add above noise settings-selections-select none-repeat drop shadow

Select the large circle background layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill with the following gradient settings



Open up the texture supplied-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange over the circle--selections-invert-hit delete
Change the blend mode to soft light
Repeat above penta.com-jeans settings-selections-select none

Select the large circle frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000-close off the original circle frame layer
Selections-select none-add above drop shadow

Select the small circle background layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill this with the above gradient
Effects-plugins-jeux de lignes-entrelacement-default settings
Selections-select none

Select the small circle frame-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #00000-close off the original circle frame layer
Add above noise settings-selections-select none
Repeat drop shadow

Select the wordart layer-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use the following settings





Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Add any elements from Kristin's kit-I used the notes and the backstage pass

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the centre of your tag
Duplicate-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black to the original tube layer

Using a font of choice-I am using NeoTrash-add your name
Add above drop shadow

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
