This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Tag template #198 by me you can get this from my blog here
Mask 147 by Vix Thanks hun!
Font of choice - I am using 'Century Gothic' and 'FFF Urban'
Filters used - Xero - Fritilary, Penta.com - Jeans, Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and MuRa's Meister - Copies
Supplies here
Lets get started
Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except my tag template
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Close of my watermark layer
Select the square layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open up the purple solid paper from Tammy's part of the kit-copy and paste this onto the canvas
Selections-invert-delete-selections-none
Close off my original square layer-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Select the rectangle1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open paper3 from Tammy's part of the kit-copy and paste this onto the canvas
Selections-invert-delete-selections-none
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-using the following settings


Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Select the rectangle3 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this black-close off my original layer
Keep selected for now-open up your tube-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange to the left of the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the tube part layer-image-mirror-arrange to the right of the rectangle
Lower the opacity of the tube parts to around 46
Select the black rectangle layer again-effects-plugins-penta.com-Jeans-use the following settings

Repeat the above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Open up the music notes trail from the kit-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with #f53997-selections-select none
Resize-copy and paste onto your canvas-arrange over your tube parts
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Select the rectangle2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with #f53997-keep selected-close off my original layer
Effects-plugins-Xero-Fritillary-using the following settings

New blank canvas 500 x 500-using a font of choice-I am using FFF Urban set on 6
Type out the words 'Scream My Name'-objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister - Copies-using the following settings

Copy and paste the words onto your tag-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black to the rectangle layer
Open up the hanging star from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange to the left of your tag-using the magic wand-select the center of the star
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-click ok
Open up your tube again-resize so its small enough to fit inside the star
Copy and paste this onto the canvas-arrange over the selected star
Selections-invert-hit delete-new raster layer-flood fill the selected star with #695489
Selections-select none-move both these layers below the hanging star layer
Add drop shadow to the hanging star 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Open up the backstage pass from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Rotate right by 10.00-arrange as above-repeat above drop shadow
Add any other elements of choice from the kit
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the center of your tag
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-using the above settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Using a font of choice-I am using 'Century Gothic'-add the words 'Scream My Name' to your tag
Arrange at the bottom-see tag above for placement-convert to raster
Repeat above gradient glow settings and drop shadow
Using the same font add your name-arrange under the words you just added
Convert to raster-repeat gradient glow and drop shadow settings
New blank canvas 550 x 550 flood fill with #695489
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask Vix_Mask147-click ok
Merge group then copy and paste over to your tag-move this layer above the white background layer
Arrange a little to the right of your tag-repeat the above but flood fill with #f53997
Place this above the previous mask layer-moving it a little bit up
Duplicate both the mask layers-arrange bottom left of your tag
Crop and resize if needed
Add proper copyright info then save as .png
