This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Scrap kit by Pink Princess which you can purchase from her blog here
Font of choice I am using Waterbrush Rob and Century Gothic
Filters used:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Jeux De Lignes - Entrelacement here
Lets get started
New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white
Preset shape-ellipse-foreground null-background #000000
Draw out a oval shape about the size of mine above
Convert to raster layer-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use following settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Using the selection tool-ellipse-draw out another oval shape
Smaller than the previous one-open up paper 4 from the kit
Copy and paste onto the canvas-arrange over the selection
Selections-invert-hit delete-arrange over the black oval shape
See tag above-repeat the above gradient glow settings
Open up element 6 from the kit-resize if needed
Copy and paste this onto the canvas-arrange over the oval shapes
To the left of your tag-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Now open the frame element 33-resize by 90%
Copy and paste this to your tag-image-rotate left by 15
Adjust-sharpness-sharpen-arrange in the centre of the oval shapes
Using the magic wand-click inside the frame-selections-modify-expand by 2.00
Open up paper 11 from the kit-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange over the selected frame-selections-invert-hit delete
Move the paper layer below the frame layer-keep selected for now
Open your tube of choice-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange over the selected frame-hit delete
Repeat the above so altogether you have 4 tubes in the frame
Selections-select none
Adjust-hue and Saturation-colorize-change the hue and sat to 0
Add drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Add drop shadow to the frame 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Open up the film frame element 24 from the kit
Copy and paste onto your tag-arrange at the bottom-see tag above
Using the magic wand-select the centres of the film strip
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00
Open up your tube-image-mirror-copy and paste over to your tag
Arrange part of the tube over the first selected square on the film strip
Selections-invert-hit delete-repeat for the rest of the film strip
Copy and paste paper 5 from the kit-arrange over the selected areas
Hit delete-selections-select none-move the paper layer below the frame and tube layers
Merge visible just these tube layers
On the merge tube layer-adjust-hue and saturation-colorize
Change the hue to 242 and sat to 124-click ok
Duplicate-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the original merged tube layer-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Effects-plugins-Jeux De Lignes-Entrelacement-default settings
Add drop shadow to the film strip layer-0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic
Add the words 'Sex Kitten'-arrange as above
Repeating above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Open up the lips element 26 from the kit-resize
Copy and paste onto your tag-rotate left 15.00
Arrange in the centre of your frame
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use following settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Add any other elements of choice from the kit
Copy and paste your main tube of choice
Arrange to the right of your tag
Duplicate-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube layer-add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Using a font of choice-I am using Waterbrush Rob
Add your name-rotate left 15.00-add gradient glow settings of choice
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Arrange as above
Crop and resize if needed
Add proper copyright info then save as .png
