This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice plus 2 close ups if possible
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Scrap kit of choice or the one I am using 'Peep Show' which you can purchase from
Pimp My Tags
Mask by
Vix- Thanks hun
Font of choice - I am using 'Century Gothic'

Filter used- Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow

Supplies
Here

Lets begin

New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white

Select the selection tool-set on circle-draw out a circle about the size of mine above
Choose a paper from the kit-copy and paste onto the canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-invert-modify-expand by 2.00
New layer-flood fill this white-selections-select none-move this layer below the circle layer
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Open up the double frame from the kit-resize if needed
Copy and paste onto the canvas-arrange on the circle

Using the selection tool-set on rectangle-draw out a square around the first part of the frame

Choose a close up tube of choice-copy and paste over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none-move the close up layer below the frame layer
Repeat the above for the other side of the frame-using a different close up tube
Add drop shadow to the frame layer-1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Add any other elements to your tag if desired

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the middle of your tag
Add above drop shadow

Open up Vix's mask-new canvas 550 x 550-flood fill with a colour from your tube
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Vix_Mask41-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste onto your tag-move this layer just above your white background

Using a font of choice-I am using 'Century Gothic'-add your name-see tag above for placement
Now to add the filter-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-change the glow width to 3.00
On the color tab-click on Fat then ok-add drop shadow to your name 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed

Add proper copyright info then save as .png
