This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I won the close up in the MPT yahoo group
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Scrap kit Rock It Girly Style by Pink Princess which you can purchase from her blog here
Diamond
Font of choice I am using Inspiration, Squire and FFF Urban
Filters used:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee - Interlace
Lets get started
New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white
Selection tool-ellipse-draw out a oval shape about the size in the tag above
Open up paper 8 from the kit-copy and paste onto your canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Arrange the oval paper shape in the centre of the canvas
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-graident glow-use the following settings
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Open up element 51 from the kit-copy and paste onto the canvas
Resize-arrange in the centre of the oval shape
Using the magic wand-select the oval part on the element
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00
Open paper 2 from the kit-copy and paste over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-move this layer below the frame element
Open up your close up of choice-resize if needed
Copy and paste this onto the canvas
Arrange over the selected oval shape-selections-invert-hit delete
Move the close up below the element layer-selections-select none
Duplicate the close up-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee-Interlace-default settings
Copy and paste element 38 from the kit-arrange as above
Add any other elements from the kit-arrange as above
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arranging to the right of your tag
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube layer-add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Using a font of choice-I am using Squire-add the words She Be Jammin'
Convert to raster
Arrange at the bottom of your tag-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise
Use the following settings
Use above gradient glow settings
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Using a pixel font of hoice-I am using FFF Urban-size 6-anti alias off
Add the words She Be Jammin type it out a couple of times
Convert to raster-arrange at the bottom of your tag
Using a font of choice-I am using Inspiration Rob
Add your name-rotate left 15.00-add gradient glow settings of choice
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Arrange as above
Crop and resize if needed
Add proper copyright info then save as .png
