This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Scrap kit of choice or the one I am using 'Hope' by Jessica you can purchase it at Scraps By Jessica
Template by me #70 which you can get from my blog here
Font of choice - I am using 'Water Brush Rob'
Filter used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's begin
Open up my tag template-close off the watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700
Select the shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from the kit-resize if needed-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange over the selected shape-selections-invert-hit delete-select none
Drop shadow 0, 0, 60, 12.83 black
Select the rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose another paper from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete-select none
Repeat above drop shadow
Select the frame background1 layer-using the magic wand-click on the background to select it
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the selected area
Selections-invert-delete-selections-select none-make sure the tube layer is below the frame layer
Still on the tube layer-adjust-hue & saturation-colourize-change the hue and sat to 0
Duplicate this tube layer-image-mirror-arrange within the other frame
Select frame background1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from the kit-resize if needed-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Selections-invert-delete-selections-select none
Repeat for the frame background2 layer
Also repeat the above for the frame layers and the hearts
Add drop shadow of 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black to these layers
Add any elements from the kit-place where desired or see tag above
Repeat above drop shadow to anything else you add
Copy and paste your tube of choice-place in the center of your tag
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Using a font of choice-add your name-arrange at the bottom of your tag
Add the filter gradient glow to your name-glow width 3.00
On the color tab-select Fat-click ok-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Crop and resize your tag if needed
Now add proper copyright info then save as .png
