This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Fonts of choice - I am using Romance Fatal, FFF Urban, Inspiration Rob and Bank Gothic
Filters used
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace
Penta.com-Color Dot
MuRas Meister - Copies
Lets get started
New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill with white
Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF urban size 6
Type out the word Smitten-objects-align-center in canvas
Convert to raster-effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies
Use the following settings
Close this layer for now
Selection tool-ellipse-draw out a oval shape about the size of mine above
Open up paper1 from the kit-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete-keep selected
Reopen the the word layer we just did-hit delete-selections-select none
Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out a rectangle around the left half of the Smitten words
Hit delete-selections-select none
On the oval paper layer-duplicate this-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d44796-selections-select none
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 20.00
Delete the duplicated oval paper layer
Select the oval paper layer-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use the following settings
Selection tool again-ellipse-draw out a circle
Open up paper10 from the kit-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected circle-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none-effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use the following settings
Open up the frame from the kit-resize by 80%-rotate right by 10.00
Arrange as above-using the magic wand-select inside the frame
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-open up paper8 from the kit
Resize-copy and paste this over to your tag
Arrange over the frame-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none-move the paper layer below the frame
On the frame layer-add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Foreground #d44796-background null
Preset shape-ellipse-width 6.00-draw out a small circle frame about the size of mine above
Convert to raster-arrange to the left of your tag
Grab the magic wand-select in the middle of the frame
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00
New raster layer-flood fill with black-move this layer below the circle frame
Open your tube of choice-copy and paste this over to the canvas
Arrange part of it over the selected circle
Once happy-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the tube part layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original tube part layer-change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Back on the duplicated layer-effects-plugins-VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace
Default settings
On the circle frame layer-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise
Using the following settings
Repeat above gradient glow settings and drop shadow
Preset shape-select a heart shape
Draw out some hearts as above -see tag for arrangement
Add noise and above gradient glow settings to them if you wish
Open the heart element 23 from the kit-resize-copy and paste over to your tag
Arrange this bottom right of your tag-duplicate-mirror-arrange this to the left of your tag
Repeat drop shadow to both heart elements
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this in the centre of your tag
Erasing any excess-duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube layer repeat above drop shadow
Select the font tool-Romance Fatal-add the letter S
Make this letter quite large-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use the following settings
Plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use the following settings
Repeat above drop shadow
Font tool again-same font-we can now add the rest of the word
So type out mitten-smaller than your S-convert to raster
Move this next to your S-add above noise settings
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use the following settings
Repeat drop shadow
open the diamond from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange this above the letter i so it is like the dot in the i
Duplicate the diamond-resize-arrange this as above in your letter S
Add any other elements from the kit if you wish
I added the bows and the heart button
Font tool-bank gothic-add the words Are You and Yet
Arrange as above if desired
Using a font of choice-I am using Inspiration Rob-add your name to your tag
Rotate left by 15.00-convert to raster
Add above noise and gradient glow settings
Arrange as above-repeat drop shadow
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
