This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Scrap kit by Cinnamon Scraps - Cute & Sweet - which you can purchase from Tantrum Scraps
Or any kit of choice will work
Tag template #44 by me - You can download from my blog here
Font of choice - I am using 'Inspiration Rob'
Filters Used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and VM Extravaganza - Transmission
Let's begin
Open my template-hold down Shift and D to dupliate the template-close the original
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700
Using the selection tool-set on circle-draw out a circle about the size of mine
Choose a paper from Laura's kit-copy and paste this onto the canvas-selections-invert
Hit delete-selections-invert-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer-flood fill white
Selections-select none-move both these layers just above your white background
Add drop shadow to the white circle layer 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Select the layer named rectangle-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose a different paper from the kit-copy and paste this over to your tag
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-invert-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer-flood fill white
Selections-select none-move this white rectangle layer below the paper rectangle layer
Add above drop shadow to the white rectangle layer
Repeat the above for each of the thin rectangle layers and the star layers-using different papers
Add any elements to the kit-arrange where happy or see tag above
Preset shape-ellipse-stoke null-fill colour of choice
Draw out a circle not much bigger than your previous circle-convert to raster layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 20.00-click ok
Effects-plugins-look for the filter VM Extravaganza - Transmission-use following settings then click ok
Using a font of choice-I am using 'Inspiration Rob'-add your name to your tag
Now to add the filter-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-change the glow width to 3.00
On the color tab-click on Fat then ok-add drop shadow to your name 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Crop and resize if needed
Now add proper copyright info then save as .png
