This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Font of choice - I am using Al Sandra, Century Gothic and FFF Urban
Filters used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, MuRa's Meister - copies and Penta.com - color dot and jeans

Lets get started

Open up the tag template-image-canvas size 700 x 700-click ok

Close off the watermark layer

Select the purple square layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Change foreground colour to #e778a5 and background to #ffffff
Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Flood fill the square with the gradient-keep selected
Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Arrange to the left of the selected square-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none-change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Lower the opacity to around 40-duplicate the tube part-image-mirror
Arrange if needed so its within the square on the right

Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban-size 6
Type out the words 'Touch Me' you want that in this colour #000000
Then after that type out the words 'Tease Me' but using this colour #db3779
You should now have this



Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-mura's meister-copies-use the following settings



Select the square gradient layer we did earlier-selections-select all-float-defloat
Now back on the text layer we just did-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Change the blend mode to soft light

Select the frame1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000-selections-select none
Close off the original frame1 layer
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000 - gradient glow-use the following settings





Repeat again but instead of using white use this colour #e778a5



Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select the circle1left layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #e778a5-selections-select none
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use the following settings



Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000 - gradient glow-use the following settings





Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select circle2left layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000-keep selected for now
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange over the selected circle
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the tube-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00-change the blend mode to overlay
Select the original tube part layer-change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Back to the duplicated layer-effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings



Select the circle we flood filled black-add above gradient glow settings
Repeat above drop shadow

Select circle1right layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000
Add above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select circle2right layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #e778a5-add above noise settings
Copy and paste your tube-arrange over the selected circle-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none-Duplicate the tube-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00
Change the blend mode to overlay-select the original tube part layer-change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Back to the duplicated layer-effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use above settings

Select the circle we flood filled with #e778a5 -add above gradient glow settings and dropshadow

Select the whitehalfcircle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill with #000000-selections-select none
Add above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Repeat the above for the circle4left and circle3right layers

Select circle3left layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #e778a5-selections-select none
Repeat above noise settings, gradient glow settings
Repeat this for the circle4right layer

Select the black rectangle layer
Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic-foreground #e778a5-background null
Add the words Touch Me Tease me-convert to raster-see tag above for placement
Duplicate and resize if needed

Select the frame 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #db3779-selections-select none
Add above noise settings-repeat gradient glow settings
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this in the center of your tag
Add above gradient glow settings if you wish
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Using a font of choice-I am using Al Sandra
Repeat gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
