This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Scrap Kit Toxic Candyland by Laura from Cinnamon Scraps you can purchase this kit from
here
Font of choice - I am using FFF Urban, Impact and LD Jilly Nilly

Filters used
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Tramages - Tow The Line
MuRas Meister - Copies

Lets get started

New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill with white

Selection tool-ellipse-draw out a oval shape about the size in the tag above
Open paper 2 from the kit-copy and paste onto your canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-select none
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use the following settings





Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Preset shape-rectangle-foreground null-background #0ae3d8
Draw out a thin rectangle-arrange this in the centre of the oval shape
Convert to raster-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use the following settings



Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Still using the rectangle preset shape-change the background colour to #000000
Draw out a even more thinner rectangle-convert to raster
Arrange this above your previous rectangle
Repeat above drop shadow-duplicate-arrange below the centre rectangle
See tag above

Open up frame 6 from the kit-resize by 80%
Copy and paste this onto your canvas-rotate right by 90
Arrange over the oval shape-using the magic wand
Select the centre of the rectangle-selections-modify-expand by 2.00
Open paper 1 from the kit-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange over the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete
Move this layer below the frame layer
Open up your tube of choice-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange this to the left of the selected area
Hit delete-selections-none
On the tube layer-change the blend mode to Luminance (l)
Lower the opacity to around 68

Select the paper 1 layer-the one we moved below the frame layer
Freehand selection tool-draw out a triangle selection-top left of the paper layer
Effects-plugins-tramages-tow the line-default settings-click ok
It should look like this



Selections-select none

Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban-size 6-foreground null-background #fa46aa
I used some lyrics from Britney Spears Toxic
So add the words 'I'm Addicted To You - Don't You Know That You Are Toxic'
Objects-align-centre in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister-copies-use the following settings



Close this layer for now

Using a fat font of choice-I am using Impact-size 170-foreground null-background #000000
Type out the word Toxic-rotate right 90
Move this to the right of your oval shape-convert to raster
Selections-select all-float-defloat-copy and paste paper 3 from the kit
Arrange over the selected word-selections-invert-hit delete
Open up the lyric layer we did earlier-hit delete
Selections-invert-make sure your on the toxic word layer-selections-modify-expand by 2.00
New raster layer-flood fill with white-move this layer below your Toxic word
Drop shadow 0, 0, 4.00, 10.26 black

Open up the beaded word string element from the kit
Copy and paste onto your tag-resize by 80%-rotate right 90
Arrange as above-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Open up the journal tag 1 from the kit-resize
Copy and paste onto your tag-rotate left by 15.00
Arrange this to the left of your tag-move the layer just above the oval shape
Duplicate the journal tag-image-mirror-arrange this bottom right of your tag

Copy and paste your main tube onto the canvas
Arrange as above-erasing her arm so its looks like its hooked through the string
This is up to you tho

Duplicate the tube layer-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube layer-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Add any other elements from the kit if desired

I also added some little circle shapes with noise
But again this is up to you

Using a font of choice-I am using LD Jilly Nilly
Add your name-arrange at the bottom of your tag
Add the following gradient glow settings





Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
