This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Fonts of choice - I am using Bank Gothic, Sick Capital Vice and FFF Urban
Filters used
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace
MuRa's Meister - Copies
Lets get started - this is a real quick tutorial
Open up my tag template-image-canvas size-change the width and height to 750x 700-click ok
Close off the copyright layer
Select the rectangle left layer-selection-select all-float-defloat
Using paper 36 from the kit-copy and paste onto the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-select none
Close off the original rectangle left layer
Repeat this for the rectangle right layer but using paper 27 from the kit
Select the glittered circle right layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-contract by 6-open up paper 36 from the kit
Copy and paste this onto your canvas-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-do not deselect just yet
Selections-invert-selections-modify-contract by 10
Using a close up image of choice-copy this over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the close up image-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace-default settings
Repeat the above for the glittered circle left layer
Now select the circle 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste paper 26 from the kit-arrange over the selected circle
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Repeat for the circle 2 layer but use paper 2 from Kristin's kit
Keep selected for now-open up the wire element from the kit
Resize if needed-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Making sure it is just above the paper 2 layer-hit delete-selections-select none
Add drop shadow to the wire layer 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Change your foreground colour to #96179c and background to #f443bc
Click on the background colour to bring up the material properties
Select gradient tab and use the following settings
Close off the foreground colour-using a pixel font of choice
I am using FFF Urban size 6- add the words 'This Gurl Is Trouble'
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster layer
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister-Copies-use the following settings
Select the circle 3 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Back on the pixel text layer-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none
Select the frame 1 background layer-select it with the magic wand
Copy and paste your close up image of choice-arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate this close up image-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light then on the original image close up layer
Change the blend mode to screen
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Interlace-default settings
Repeat the above for the frame 2 background layer
Now you can start adding any elements of choice from the kit
I added the ribbons, skulls, buckles and some candy elements
Using a font of choice I am using Bank Gothic-same gradient settings as above
Add the word 'Trouble' to your tag-see tag above for placement
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this in the center of your tag
Duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Using a font of choice-I am using Sick Capital Vice
Add your name arrange this in the center of your tag
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-use the following settings on your name
Drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
