This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Tag template #4 by Mirella you can get this from her blog
here
Star preset shape of choice
Mask by Becky
Font of choice - I am using 'LD Jilly Nilly' and 'Squire'
Filters used - 'Gradient Glow' and 'Xero - Fritiliary'

Supplies
here

Lets get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except the tag template

Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Close off the watermark layer

Select the font tool-Squire-size 10-change the fill to #fc72b7-type out the words 'Turnin Me On'
Objects-align-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister - Copies-using the following settings



Close this layer for now

Select raster2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-flood fill with #000000
Open up your close up of choice-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected layer-selections-invert-hit delete
Do not deselect yet-un X the words layer-hit delete-selections-select none
Make sure the word layer is just above the close up layer-lower the opacity of the close up to around 30

Select the raster7 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #f83e9b-selections-select none
Adjust-add/remove noise-use the following settings



Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000 - gradient glow-use the following settings





Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Change the foreground colour to #d32a93 and background colour to #de6edb
Click on the foreground colour then choose the gradient tab
Using the following settings



Select raster3 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-flood fill with the gradient
Effects-plugins-xero-fritiliary-use the following settings



Selections-select none
Select the layer named copy of vector 2-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000-selections-select none
Add above gradient glow settings-repeat above drop shadow

Select raster4 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill with #d42b96-selections-select none
Using a star preset shape add some stars to this layer
Select the copy of vector 3 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster later-flood fill with #000000-selections-select none
Repeat the above gradient glow settings and drop shadow

Select the raster 5 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open up your close up of choice-image-mirror-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected rectangles-selections-invert-hit delete
Duplicate the close up layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00
Change the blend mode to hard light-select the original close up layer
Change the blend mode on that to Luminance (L)

Change the foreground colour to #de6edb and the background colour to #d42b96
Click on the foreground colour then choose the gradient tab
Using the following settings



Selecting the raster layer-selections-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill the first and the third rectangle frame with the gradient
Click on the foreground colour then choose the gradient tab-tick invert
Flood fill the center rectangle with the inverted gradient-selections-select none
Now add the above noise settings to the first and third rectangle
I left the center one without but this is your choice
Repeat the above gradient glow settings to the rectangle frames and add the drop shadow

New canvas layer-flood fill this with the gradient colours we used above
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask Becky_Mask038-click ok
Merge group then copy and paste over to your tag-arrange this layer above the white background layer
Arrange to the right of your tag-duplicate-image-mirror-flip-arrange to the left of your tag

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this as in the above tag
Duplicate the tube-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original tube layer add the above drop shadow

Change foreground colour to #de6edb and background to #d42b96
Click the background colour choose the gradient tab-following settings



Close off the foreground colour-select the font tool-squire font-size 48
Type out the words 'Turnin' Me On' convert to raster
Arrange as above-add the above noise settings and gradient glow settings
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black-duplicate-resize-arrange as in above tag

Using a font of choice-I am using LD Jilly Nilly-add your name to your tag
Arrange as above-add above gradient glow and repeat drop shadow

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
