This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by Keith Garvey If you would like to use his artwork please visit My PSP Tubes Exclusive template #1 by Cin which you can get from the Creative Misfits blog here It's the 19th download down Texture - I can't remember where I got this from but if it is yours please email me so I can either credit or remove it thanks! Font of choice - I am using Century Gothic Filters used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, Vanderlee Unplugged X - Interlace Penta.com - colour dot Supplies Here Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except the tag template Image-canvas size-change the height and the width to 700 x 700 Close off the copyright layer Change foreground colour to #ea0a87 and background to #ffffff Click the foreground colour choose the gradient tab-following settings ![]() Select the background layer-selections-select all-float-defloat New raster layer-flood fill this with the gradient-selections-select none Add drop shadow 3, 3, 40, 6.00 black Close off the original background layer Select layer 14-selections-select all-float-defloat-copy and paste your tube Arrange over the selected rectangle-selections-invert-hit delete Selections-select none-duplicate the tube layer Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00 Change the blend mode to soft light Still on the duplicated tube layer-effects-plugins-vanderlee unplugged X - interlace Default settings-click ok Change the foreground colour to #ea0a87-background null Preset shape-rectangle-width 4.00-draw around the rectangle where the tube layer is So it has a border around it-convert to raster-adjust-add/remove noise-use following settings ![]() Add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black Select layer 04-selections-select all-float-defloat Open up the texture supplied-adjust-hue and saturation Use the following settings ![]() Copy and paste the texture onto your canvas-selections-invert-hit delete Selections-invert-new raster layer-flood fill with #e667b2-change the blend mode to hard light Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-using the following settings ![]() Copy and paste your tube-selections-invert-hit delete Selections-select none-duplicate the tube layer Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00 Change the blend mode to soft light Change the foreground colour to #ffffff-background null Preset shapre-rectangle-width 2.00 Draw out a square about the size of the square we have just been working on Using the move tool-rotate it to the left so it is aligned so the square with the tube layer has a border around it Convert to raster-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black Repeat the above for the rectangle shape just under this one Select layer 9-selections-select all-float-defloat New raster layer-flood fill with #e667b2-selections-select none Adjust-add/remove noise-same settings as above Drop shadow 3, 3, 40, 6.00 black Repeat this for layer 9 Add drop shadow of 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black to layers 6 and 7 Select layer 3-adjust-add/remove noise-repeat above settings Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-using following settings ![]() ![]() Drop shadow 3, 3, 40, 6.00 black Repeat above dropshaow on layers 5 and 15 Using a font of choice- I am using Century Gothic-add your name Place where desired-add above gradient glow settings Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png Thanks for trying my tutorial.
