This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice and a close up
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Font of choice - I am using FFF Urban, Fabulous 50's, Impact & Century Gothic

Supplies

Filters used
Penta.com - Color dot
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee - Interlace
MuRas Meister - Copies

Lets get started

New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill with white

Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out a large oval shape
Open up the star paper from the kit-copy and paste onto the canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Open up the glitter smear 2 from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange to the right of the oval shape-duplicate-image-mirror
Arrange to the left of the oval shape
Open the music notes element from the kit
Copy and paste this onto your canvas-arrange over the glitter smears
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
Use the following settings





Open up my rectangles supplied-arrange this in the centre of the oval

Preset shape-ellipse-foreground #ef38d2 background #d056ec
Click on the background colour then choose the gradient tab
Using the following settings



Close off the foreground colour-holding down the shift button draw out a circle
Arrange this in the centre of the oval shape-convert to raster

Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban-size 6-anti alias off-background black
Type out the words 'You wish you could rock like me'
Objects-aligh-center in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRas Meister-copies-use the following settings



Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Select the text layer-selections-invert-hit delete
Change the blend mode to soft light
New raster layer-flood fill with #4fb9b9
Move the circle shape down a little-hit delete
You should now have this



Open up your close up of choice-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange over the circles-hit delete-duplicate-on the dupliated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-lower the opacity to around 74
On the original close up layer-change the blend mode to luminance (l)
Lower the opacity to around 74-selections-select none
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Select the duplicated close up layer
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee-interlace-default settings-click ok

Preset shape-ellipse-foreground null-background #ef38d2
Holding down shift-draw out a circle a little bit bigger than the main circle
Convert to raster-move this layer below the main circle layer
Repeat the above but change the background to #000000
Make this circle bigger than the one we just did
Move this layer below the circle we did above

Preset shape-rectangle-foreground null-background #000000
Draw out a thin rectangle-convert to raster-arrange this to the right of the oval
Selections-select all-float-defloat-copy and paste your tube of choice
Arrange over the selected rectangle-selections-invert-hit delete
Duplicate the tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original tube layer-change the blend mode to luminance (l)
Back on the duplicated layer-effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot
Use the following settings



Selections-invert-selections-modify-expand by 4.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #4fb9b9-selections-select none
Move this layer below the rectangle layer-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise
Use the following settings



Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Open up the hanging star from the kit
Resize-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Arrange as above-using the magic wand-click in the centre of the star
Selections-modify-expand by 4.00-new raster layer
Foreground #ef38d2-background #8978ca
Click on the foreground colour then choose the gradient tab
Using the following settings



Move this layer below the star layer-repeat above noise settings
Add drop shadow to the star layer 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Open up the element journal 2 from the kit-resize-copy and paste this onto your tag
Image-rotate-left by 15.00-above drop shadow
Arrange bottom right of your tag

Open up the wings frame from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Image-rotate-left by 15.00
Using the magic wand-select the centre of the frame
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer
Flood fill with the same gradient htat we used on the star above
Move this layer below the wings frame layer
Copy and paste your tube-arrange over the selected area
So part of the tube face is showing-once happy
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Change the blend mode on the tube part to luminance (l)
Add above drop shadow to the wings frame

Change the background colour to the gradient we used above
Foreground null-select the font tool using a font of choice
I am using Impact-type out the words 'You Wish'
Convert to raster-move this bottom right of your tag-repeat above noise settings
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer
Flood fill with white-move this layer below your words
Selections-select none-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 10.26 black

Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic
Add the words 'You Could Rock Like Me'
Arrange underneath the You Wish wording
Repeat above drop shadow

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this to the left of your tag
Erasing any excess-duplicate-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-change the blend mode to soft light
On the original layer-add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Add any other elements from the kit if desired

Using a font of choice-I am using Fabulous 50's-add your name
Rotate left by 15.00 arrange as above
Add above gradient glow settings if desired-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 10.26 black

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
